MIXED BERRY CRISP
This mixed berry crisp is super easy to make and will satisfy your sweet tooth too. Packed with nutrients, this colorful combination of organic blueberries, raspberries, and blackberries is filled with flavor!
INGREDIENTS
Filling:
3-4 cups of fresh or frozen organic berries (I used organic blackberry, raspberry, and blueberry mix from BJ’s.)
1 scoop of Bulletproof brand Collagelatin (We carry this at COR Health Solutions, click here to order yours.)
Topping:
1 stick of melted butter from grass-fed cows
3 cups of organic rolled oats
1/2 cup of maple syrup, honey, or organic brown sugar
1 tsp of cinnamon
1/2 tsp nutmeg
1/2 teaspoon cardamom (optional)
1/4 tea cloves (optional)
DIRECTIONS
Place frozen berries in a pie plate or tart plate and cook in the oven at 350 degrees for 20 minutes or until berries are defrosted and hot. While berries are cooking down, in a separate oven-safe bowl or pan, melt 1 stick of butter in the oven.
Once berries are defrosted and hot, remove berries from the oven and mix in 1 scoop of Bulletproof brand Collagelatin. Place berry mixture back in the oven, while you prep the topping.
Mix together the topping ingredients in a large bowl. Remove berries from the oven and place oat mixture on top and return to the oven. Bake for an additional 20 minutes at 350 degrees.
Remove from the oven after 20 minutes. The berries will be bubbly and the topping golden brown and crisp. Let it cool enough to eat. Serve warm, topped with coconut cream, and enjoy!
