HEALTHY COOKIE RECIPE
Sweet treats can be healthy too. ❤️These cookies are gluten-free and low histamine. Enjoy!
Ingredients
2 cups Cassava Flour
(Pamela’s works just fine and is inexpensive. If extremely sensitive GI, use Otto’s brand)
½ tsp baking powder
½ tsp Himalayan Salt
1 cup melted butter from grass-fed cows
¼ cup of raw Honey (this makes a mildly sweet cookie, use more if want sweeter)
1 egg
2 tsp of organic vanilla extract
Directions
Mix and Bake at 350 degrees F for about 8 minutes
**The frosting is organic confectionery sugar with a bit of water or non-dairy milk. Food coloring used in the picture.
