PUMPKIN SPICE LATTE
This pumpkin spice latte can be made with coffee or your favorite chai tea. Make it with or without caffeine and it’s perfect for any time you want to enjoy the warm and cozy feeling of fall.
Ingredients
3 Tbsp organic coconut milk
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp nutmeg
1/2 tsp ginger
1/4 tsp vanilla extract
1 tbsp organic pumpkin puree
1/2 tsp maple syrup (optional)
1 cup coffee or chai tea (you can use regular or decaf)
Preparation
- Add all ingredients to a blender.
- Blend until creamy.
- Pour into your favorite mug.
- Optional Garnish: Top with coconut whipped cream, sprinkle top with nutmeg, and add a cinnamon stick.
