DIRECTIONS

• Whisk together sesame oil, coconut aminos, ginger, and garlic.
• Heat a wok or large pan over medium-high heat and add sauce.

• Optional: Add honey once chicken is cooked because it will brown quickly.

In a separate pan, toast sesame seeds and sprinkle on chicken just before serving. For those who are seed cycling, top with raw or ground sesame seeds for best results. Serve warm over a bed of organic white basmati rice (I get mine from Thrive Market), steamed veggies, and garnish with sesame seeds.

Seed Cycling is a way to help the body naturally support hormone balance by incorporating different seeds into the diet during the different phases of the menstrual cycle. By simply adding pumpkin, flax, sunflower, or sesame seeds to the diet at the right time in your cycle, you can assist the body in either producing more of a needed hormone OR processing and eliminating excess hormones.
