LOTION TO SOOTHE SKIN
This recipe for whipped body butter is easy to make and great to keep on your desk, on your bedside table, or travel bag. The anti-inflammatory properties of castor oil, coconut oil, and shea butter compliment each other to help soothe and moisturize your skin.
Ingredients
1/4 cup Castor Oil
1/3 cup Shea Butter
1/8 cup Coconut Oil
Preparation
Melt Shea Butter slightly to soften.
Add Castor Oil and Coconut Oil (do not have to melt).
Mix with electric mixer for 15 minutes.
Optional: Add a drop or two of Lavender or Frankincense essential oil.
Makes about 10 ounces.
