DRY SKIN BRUSHING

 

Today’s health tip is dry skin brushing. I’ve found it to be very invigorating to do in the morning before my shower to wake me up. The entire process should take you at least a couple of minutes and is a great way to get our lymphatic system moving and make our skin look smoother.

Meant to be done on dry skin, you would generally be naked when you do this and is something that you would do right before you get into the shower. You can start from your toes working up or from your face down, but always make sure you’re always going towards the left side of your body. Moving towards your heart and descending colon.
